Rooted in the rich soil of the Finger Lakes, Ithaca Organics is a family-run farm with a deep legacy of growing organic food for our community. For over 25 years, we’ve been certified organic, cultivating a diverse range of fruits, vegetables, and hemp on our land in Tompkins County. In 2023, we proudly expanded into cannabis, applying the same commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and terroir. From our origins at the Ithaca Farmers Market to the launch of Ithaca Organics Cannabis Co., our mission has remained the same: to nourish our neighbors with high-quality, consciously grown products. Whether it’s crisp carrots, terpene-rich cannabis, or small-batch live rosin, everything we offer is grown with care, integrity, and a whole lot of love. We’re a tight-knit team of passionate employees—led by Cheryl, one of New York’s few female head cultivators, and Trever, a third-generation farmer—working every day to elevate cannabis in the state we call home.
